Be Cautious
Always be careful around dogs with some type of possession. Never ever approach dogs that are tied or chained up, no matter how much you want to. The owner will probaly get very mad and some dogs may act poorly if they escape. When ever you go to pet a dog always ask first unless it is your dog.
